Iron core of 35KV high-load transformer magnetic material adopts imported high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheet.

The yokes of 6300kVA and below have the same cross-sectional shape as the column. The yokes of 8000kVA and above adopt a multi-level “D” cross-section. status.
The core post of 35KV high-load transformer is non-porous and it adopts full oblique joints which is conducive to quality control and improve efficiency.
6300kVA and below use channel steel clamps and 8000kVA and above use improved plate clamps to simplify the structure and increase the strength.
High and low pressure clamps of 35KV high-load transformer are tensioned by steel straps or side beams.
The body of 35KV high-load transformer is tightened by the tensioning screws of the upper and lower clamps, the structure is simple and the short circuit resistance of the coil is increased.

Both high and low voltage coils use paper-coated flat copper wire.
The high-voltage coil of 35KV high-load transformer is continuous and the low-voltage coil is continuous or spiral.
The winding has good impact distribution and good heat dissipation performance.
The axial oil passages in the high and low voltage coils are conducive to heat dissipation. 35KV high-load transformer can greatly reduce the temperature difference of copper oil and the temperature rise inside the coil is reduced.
8000kVA and above is equipped with a pressing device on the fuel tank cap which adopts "rigid positioning" to ensure that it can withstand the impact of "3g" during transportation.
