The ZYSG series H-class dry-type phase-shifting rectifier transformer is a specialized dry-type transformer employing non-encapsulated windings and an open ventilation structure. It features excellent heat dissipation, strong thermal shock resistance, high overload capacity, flame retardancy, and superior fire resistance. It also exhibits low loss, low partial discharge, low noise, zero toxic gas emissions, no environmental pollution, insensitivity to humidity and dust, compact size, crack-free construction, and simple maintenance. It is particularly suitable for environments with high fire safety requirements and large load fluctuations, such as offshore oil platforms, thermal power plants, water plants, metallurgical and chemical industries, mining, and building materials industries.
Core: Manufactured using 0.3mm thick cold-rolled, high-magnetic grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, with 45° mitered joints, three-step lap jointing, no punching, and surface coated with epoxy resin. It boasts corrosion resistance, low loss, low noise, and high mechanical strength.
High-Voltage Winding: Employs a continuous structure that provides high mechanical strength and excellent heat dissipation. It undergoes multiple impregnations with H-class solventless varnish using VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) equipment, followed by high-temperature baking. This process imparts excellent moisture resistance, thermal shock resistance, crack-free construction, and ease of disassembly and recycling at the end of its service life, making it environmentally friendly.
Low-Voltage Winding: Utilizes a foil-type structure with NOMEX paper as the layer insulation material, providing strong short-circuit withstand capability and high mechanical strength. The winding undergoes two vacuum pressure impregnation treatments, granting it "four-proof" characteristics: moisture-proof, mildew-proof, salt spray-proof, and weak acid resistant.
